Individuals and organisations from across Worcestershire have been recognised for their outstanding contribution to improving health, wellbeing and reducing inequalities at our inaugural Worcestershire Public Health Awards.

Held by our Public Health Team the awards recognise those who have demonstrated exceptional dedication to improving the lives of others.

From supporting young people and families to tackling isolation, homelessness and health inequalities, the winners represent the very best of Worcestershire’s communities.

The awards celebrate individuals whose commitment, compassion and leadership are helping to build healthier, happier and more connected communities across the county.

Each project was supported by the Worcestershire County Council Public Health Community Grant scheme, that allows applicants to use funding to bring their ideas to life and boost wellbeing in their neighbourhood.
