Worcestershire Family Hubs have undergone a refresh, making it easier than ever to get the support families need, all in one place.
Family Hubs are welcoming spaces where families with children aged 0–19 (or up to 25 if they have Special Educational Needs or Disabilities) can access a wide range of services. Whether it’s maternity care, health visiting, infant feeding advice, parenting support, or baby groups—you’ll find it all under one roof.
There are nine main Family Hub buildings across Worcestershire, plus several outreach locations to make sure help is never far away. And thanks to partnerships with Action for Children, Barnardo’s, and Redditch Borough Council, the offer is growing and becoming even more accessible.
We’re also launching new district-based Family Hub Networks. These bring together local services and organisations to better understand and respond to what families in each area really need.
Here’s where you’ll find your local Family Hubs:
- Worcester: Tudor Way, Saffron, Buttercup
- Droitwich: WANDS
- Malvern: Sunshine
- Bromsgrove: Pear Tree
- Redditch: Holly Trees
- Kidderminster: Treetops, Brookside
- Evesham: Riverside
- Stourport: Half-Crown Wood
This relaunch is all about making life easier for families—more joined-up support, closer to home, and shaped around what matters most to families.
The Public Health team has also been working closely with NHS partners (such as midwifes and health visitors) and the Council’s birth registration team to ensure parents to-be and new parents/carers know how Family Hubs can support.
- Quote from a recent parent who attended a Birth and Beyond antenatal group at a Family Hub ‘’I feel more ready to welcome our baby girl to the world after past 4 weeks. Thank you for the sessions’
- Quote from a Family Hub volunteer ‘I absolutely love volunteering with you, and being part of such a wonderful and happy team’
- Quote from a parent that attended an Understanding your Child digital course ‘I have a better understanding of the fact every behaviour is a communication. Instead of reacting I think about what he is trying to tell me. I know he is not being naughty but I now need to educate other around me’
