Healthy Worcestershire Increases Community Sessions

Sam Collison, October 1, 2024

Healthy Worcestershire continues its roll out of venues across the county, with more planned for early October 2024.

The free sessions encourage adults to be more active and connect with others in their community, supporting healthy lifestyles.

The reasons people have shared for joining the groups include ‘getting out to meet new people’ and ‘to get fitter’, but what is being noticed most is the connections being built as people come together to improve their social wellbeing and have fun!

Watch the video, filmed with current participants, to find out what happens at a session…

Find you your nearest free community session here: Venues – Healthy Worcestershire’s Services or phone 01905 928185.
